platform, globally, in 2019.xa0 This role will initially be responsible to support Payroll Processing and transactions trouble shoot any issues that arise, build out self-service knowledge articles, and prepare to take on additional Payroll transactions as the global HR operating model evolves.xa0 As additional HR work moves from the businesses to the HR Solutions Centers, this role will continue to evolve and grow in responsibility and scope What will you do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Understand and apply on our culture ofxa0Market Based Managementxae xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Support team on providing an exceptional consumer experience for all employees xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Quick in learning technology and be able to provide Payroll processing and transactional support to all employees, managers, and the HR community (our consumers). xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Ensure team provides exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting technical errors (for example, a mass upload erroru2019ed- whyxa0 A payroll rejects- why) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Collaborate with other KBS HR Solution Center supervisors to share best practices, innovation opportunities and overall process and tool improvements xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Ensure SLA (service level agreement) targets and Quality are maintained xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Ability to proactively identify, challenge, and resolve large variances xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Adhere to Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) practices to create and update knowledge articles xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Responsible for incoming cases through HR Case & Knowledge Management tools xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Develop a good working relationship with the HR/HRIS community through effective communication xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of transactions and manage expectations xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Maintain Payroll database, and support audit to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant procedures Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 The ability to fluently speak, read and write in English xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 A minimum of three (3) years of strong experience in processing US payroll process and transactions (Garnishments Time file upload, Offcycle payroll, Stop and reissue) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Should have a good understanding of basic data fields in Payroll HR Information System and workflows xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Experience communicating with all levels of an organization xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving consumer inquiries xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Experience working with any HCM and payroll platforms (Infor, SAP, ADP, GreyTHR etc.) and Case Management System (ServiceNow,
