[ n Your Job Koch Industries rolled out an enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, globally, in 2019. xa0 This role will initially be responsible to support Payroll Processing and transactions trouble shoot any issues that arise, build out self-service knowledge articles, and prepare to take on additional Payroll transactions as the global HR operating model evolves. xa0 As additional HR work moves from the businesses to the HR Solutions Centers, this role will continue to evolve and grow in responsibility and scope.
