[ n Your Job Koch Industries rolled out an enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, globally, in 2019. xa0 This role will initially be responsible to support Payroll Processing and transactions trouble shoot any issues that arise, build out self-service knowledge articles, and prepare to take on additional Payroll transactions as the global HR operating model evolves. xa0 As additional HR work moves from the businesses to the HR Solutions Centers, this role will continue to evolve and grow in responsibility and scope. Koch Business Solutions has an exciting opportunity to be part of building our HR Solutions Center in Bangalore, India!xa0 Join the team and be part of growing and building a team that will support all Koch Industries employees in the region!xa0xa0 What You Will Do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand and apply on our culture ofxa0Principled Based Managementxae xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Support team on providing an exceptional consumer experience for all employees xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Quick in learning technology and be able to provide Payroll processing and transactional support to all employees, managers, and the HR community (our consumers). xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Ens ure team provides exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting technical errors (for example, a mass upload errored - whyxa0 A payroll rejects- why) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Collaborate with other KBS HR Solution Center supervisors to share best practices, innovation opportunities and overall process and tool improvements xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Ensure SLA (service level agreement) targets and Quality are maintained xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Ability to proactively identify, challenge, and resolve large variances xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Adhere to Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) practices to create and update knowledge articles xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Responsible for incoming cases through HR Case & Knowledge Management tools xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Develop a good working relationship with the HR/HRIS community through effective communication xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of transactions and manage expectations xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Maintain Payroll database, and support audit to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant procedures Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 The ability to fluently speak, read and write in English xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 A minimum of three (3) years of strong experience in processing US payroll process and transactions (Garnishments Time file upload, Offcycle payroll, Stop and reissue) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Should have a good understanding of basic data fields in Payroll HR Information System and workflows xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience communicating with all levels of an organization xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving consumer inquiries xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Experience working with any HCM and payroll platforms (Infor, SAP, ADP, GreyTHR etc.) and Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.) What Will Put You Ahead xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Use and improve knowledge articles to challenge current process and streamline the current state xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Identify opportunities to experiment and innovate to create additional value for our consumers xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Secure employeeu2019s information ensuring it is safe and remains confidential xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Process HR and payroll transactions accurately and in compliance with local laws xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand overall Vision of how this team creates value for the enterprise, both now and in the future, as the team grows and develops additional HR capabilities. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Proven ability to work professionally and proactively with a remote stakeholder base xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Solid understanding of how data flows between systems and a desire to root cause when something goes wrong xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and the ability to make connections (for example, if X then a downstream impact could be Y.xa0 Donu2019t just u201ccheck the boxu201d of a process.) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Ability to handle high volume of transactions/work and handle and prioritize competing demands xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Curiosity, willingness to challenge (for example, if request is submitted with a certain wage type that doesnu2019t seem consistent with the request- challenge).xa0 Who We Are At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
