Compensation Offer generation MIS Reports Assisting the HR Head in compensation related research Responsible for maintaining the HR MIS. Responsible for updating & maintaining the Organization Structure & other related information Ensuring the statutory compliances of all aspects in co-ordination with External consultants. Handling employee queries on any compensation related parameters. Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval. Processing of F&F of all exited employee and issue relieving letter / service certificates. Coordinate with the Vendor on Statutory Compliance Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the company Ensure timely renewal of ID card Coordinating for monthly addition & deletion under medical insurance Timely payroll processing Department: HR Location: Corporate Office Designation: Manager/ Asst Manager HR Responsible for overall HR Function covering Payroll processing, Performance Management System and Statutory compliances POSITION OVERVIEW Accountability: Major Deliverables: Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval. Experience 1+ years Age: 30+ yrs Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics): minimum period of 2 years Hands on experience in handling payroll process Should have handled statutory compliances for a service organization Desirable Attributes Knowledge of Telugu Sound knowledge of MS excel & power point Should have handled end-to-end HR for a small or medium sized organization having at least 100 employees for a Aptitude (Personal traits / Preferences): High on Execution, Approachability, Process orientation, dealing with ambiguity Functional Competencies: Handled recruitment, aware of statutory regulations, process oriented Behavioral Competencies: Good communication and analytical skills, high degree of integrity, withstands pressure Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
