: Provide payroll support to ensure employees get paid on time, every time by verifying data accuracy and meeting compliance. You will apply your creativity and problem solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues. You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Resideo business objectives. Join a team delivering right and fast payroll solutions for Resideo while maintaining integrity and compliance. Add value to the team by utilizing your analytical capabilities and high attention to detail when creating cross-functional partnerships. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

JOB DUTIES:

• Ensure delivery of payroll processing, operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities that are accurately carried out on monthly basis within appropriate timeframes.
• Capable of developing standard procedures, reports preparation, documentation. Perform payroll checks, taxes and people benefit payments.
• Process new joiners and leavers payroll accurately in accordance with state rules and statutes.
• Review and complete tax and other statutory payroll filing prior to due date.
• Manage and record employees' attendance
• Preparation of payroll, people's advances, and medical insurance, etc.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree required. Payroll Background is desired
• 7- 8 years' experience in similar position, Global exposure preferable
• APAC and EMEA end to end payroll is knowledge highly preferable
• Leave and absence system and knowledge is an added advantage
