Post- Payroll officerLocation- MulundEducation- GraduateExperience-1-4 yearsSkill and job description as followsa~ Collecting daily manpower, weekly and monthly Worker/ employee timesheets.a~ Calculating employees and workers benefits and deductions.a~ Preparing workers and employee compensation checks using payroll software.a~ Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks.a~ Preparing payroll reports.a~ Distributing payment statements.a~ Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.a~ Entering new employee data into the company database.a~ Previous experience working as a payroll officer.a~ Ability to handle confidential information.a~ Familiarity with Central and state Labour laws.a~ Courier & Dispatch (Inward / Outward / Outstation)a~ Keeping personnel records of staff and workers of Project site as well as Office.a~ Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guests.a~ Monthly updating of the Leave records of all the Employees on the Biometric System. & following up for the Leave applications with the Employees.a~ Query and grievances handling of the Employees.a~ Issuing Offer Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.a~ Taking Exit-Interview and Issuing Relieving letters & full and final statement of existing employees.If anyone interested do email me resume on the given email id or call on given numberRegards,SigmaJob Type: Full-timeSalary: a,20,000.00 - a,25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
