Job Description
Handle employee engagement
- Provide administrative support
- Coordinating office activities
- Manage all aspects of internal payroll processing&ledger postings for employees , ensuring accurate and timely payroll postings as well as compliance with local requirements.
- Take ownership of the monthly calculations.
- Should have good knowledge of the payroll related taxes for monthly payroll review and tax filings.
- Ensure timely input to the finance team for funding towards disbursement of salaries and tax payments.
- Coordinate payroll activities related to monthly variance analysis, account reconciliation.
- Responsible for providing necessary information for internal and external audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have good knowledge of accounting and reconciliations.
- Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data in the payroll system and make sure that all payroll records are properly maintained and updated.
- Ongoing maintenance of key Finance trackers, Net Payment report, Payroll register and other reports.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with internal Finance stakeholders and generally respond to all inquiries from internal stakeholders.
