Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and incentive data.
Compute wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and incentives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other filings.
Handle full & final settlements for employees on exit.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
Address and resolve payroll queries raised by employees in a timely manner.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
Prepare and circulate payroll MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management review.
Provide payroll analytics and insights to support decision-making.
