About the role: We are seeking a bright, goal-oriented, high energy and hardworking individual to fill our Payroll Associate position based out in India office and will be assisting senior payroll executives for Global Payroll markets. This is a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to grow your professional accounting skills. What You Will Be Doing: Preparation and coordinate payroll communication including legislative changes, compliance, process change etc. Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives\' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Take minutes during the meeting Participate in the implementation of new and revised payroll reporting, analysis systems, and department policies and procedures. Support the coordination of payroll functions with other departments such as Accounting, Data Processing, Finance, and Human Resources Follow up within the different LOBs if required Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite Open to learn payroll processing for employees for Global markets in future if required What You Need for this Position: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in collaboration and coordination Attention to detail and accuracy Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well independently and within a team Friendly and professional demeanor
