Job Title - Payroll Associate Analyst

Location - Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service support and respond in a timely manner to India employees payroll related enquiries and request.

Partner closely with the India payroll operations team to provide assistance and support for managing the monthly payroll, statutory remittances, reconciliations, audit requirements, etc.

Support and assist with the India new hire data gathering for successful onboarding into the monthly payroll.

Support and assist with the India termination and Full & Final Settlements for successful offboarding into the monthly payroll.

Support with the internal and external audit, accounting, and projects or adhoc request.

Data maintenance for India Statutory reporting, Payroll data and filing management, as required.

Continuously identify process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
