Payroll Analyst Location: Otis Global Service Center (OGSC), India This position is primarily responsible for: The processing of Certified Payroll in the Otis environment Reporting for Open Order or Maintenance Jobs Reporting for NE/MOD Project Wet Signature (Digitize) and Mailing Requirements Monthly Reports Third party website uploads Volume reporting and analysis Communicate clearly and professionally with the field and potentially General Contractors Administrative tasks to be managed as required on Adhoc basis EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc. - Any Specialization EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: 0 - 2 years of overall experience in similar field or worked in a payroll processing group as Payroll Analyst / Payroll Support Admin preferable Ability to work towards tight timescales with high volumes Excellent Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Clear communicator Key Skills Payroll Management Soft Skills US Payroll Experience MS Excel / Word Privacy Policy and Terms: Click on this to read the Policy and Terms
