Position Summary This position requires an Associate Accounts Payable, with 2-5 years of demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records and communicating efficiently with vendors. Should work on accounting. Proficient in correct procedures for filing and paying. Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Processing Vendor Payments. Processing incoming invoices and paying the business& suppliers is a function of accounts payable
• Making Internal Payments
• Managing Business Travel Expenses
• Responsible for Import accounting, Branch accounting, Expense Accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Work many of the day-to-day functions of the Accounts Payable department.
• Managing and maintaining vendor master.
• Participate in special projects and transactions (including due diligence)
• Other Accounting Functions.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Graduate/ MBA (Commerce Stream)/ Post Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills (both English / Hindi)
• MIS Reporting skills
• Tally/ ERP and Advance Excel Skills
• Attention to detail
