Senior Accounts Payable Associate

Looking for 3-4 Years of work experience .

Good understanding of AP process
Experience in end to end Accounts Payable process
Daily work Allocation and handle/assign day to day tasks.
Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and can able to meet deadlines
Invoice processing / PO& Non-PO Invoicing / P2P Cycle/ 2 way & 3-way match
Must have experience in Indexing and Invoice processing imaging tools like Concur and posting in ERP system.
Hands on experience with resolving EDI issues
Exposure on CRM in resolving disputed cases
Extensive customer service skills on handling Vendor queries received in Generic Mailboxes
Vendor Reconciliation, Duplicate Analysis, Aging and other reporting experience.
All invoices to be processed with 100 % accuracy and timeliness
Quality check invoice processed by the team.
To meet Service Level Agreement and productivity targets
Team player and help the team along with training the new hires
Supports supervisor with any adhoc requests / any reporting requirements as and when necessary
Customer service skills required in convincing vendors to ACH payment mode.
