Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Maker and Tailor at Ritzi in Jaipur. The Pattern Maker and Tailor will be responsible for fitting, pattern design, sewing, and pattern making. The role involves creating and modifying patterns, cutting fabric, sewing garments, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. Qualifications Fitting, Pattern Design, and Pattern Making skills Sewing and garment construction skills Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties Attention to detail and good manual dexterity Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines Experience in the fashion industry is a must
