The Position Role Summary Accountable for Hematology therapy area for the state cluster for promotion, availability and patient impact. How does the role serve the patients Ensure patient impact for the Hematology portfolio for the state cluster, while implementing all strategies and tactics as provided. Accountabilities Ensure the planned patient impact for Hematology portfolio for the given state cluster Deep functional knowledge of NHM and other ecosystem stakeholders. Implementation of the strategic and tactical plans for Hematology portfolio Ensuring fund allocation and utilisation for Hemlibra. Product promotion for the portfolio to the described stakeholders Participation in the state cluster meetings and provide inputs to the state annual plans Work as a product expert in the state cluster Co create solutions with the external stakeholders Demand generation for the assigned portfolio Understand the hurdles faced by customers and patients in accessing Roche innovation Maintain touch points with various stakeholders to ease patient journey hurdles. Organize awareness campaigns and scientific meetings to build HCP belief Map the patient journey, understand the barriers of each disease specific leverage point, co-create patient centric solutions with the customer. Be the one point of contact for brand and therapy related query resolution of the HCPs. Improve adoption of Roche innovation by building conviction on Roche innovation Accountable for overall patient and business impact from the customer and actively contributes to the state P&L. Contribute to the commercial, medical and access initiatives as squad member.
