Explain treatment plans, pricing, and expected recovery in simple language.
Ensure all interactions are patient-focused.
Convert patients to start treatment and generate revenue for the clinic.
Encourage patients to complete their full treatment program.
Share success stories and involve doctors to clear clinical doubts.
Handle patient complaints with empathy.
Build long-term patient relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with scheduling team for smooth appointments.
Maintain a neat appearance and support a clean, patient-friendly clinic environment.
Support daily clinic operations and financial tasks like billing and discounts.
Maintain daily counselling reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
HSC/Graduate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in patient counseling, customer service, or sales (healthcare preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Proven sales ability and a passion for patient care.
Tech-savvy and efficient with relevant software tools.
Training:
A
15-day comprehensive training program
will be provided, followed by a
performance evaluation
before assuming full responsibilities.
