Patient Counselor -

Responsibilities:

Ensure every patient feels comfortable and cared for during all visits. Assist new patients with consultation forms and clarify queries. Understand patient concerns, capture relevant history, and brief the doctor effectively. Explain treatment plans, pricing, recovery expectations, and other details in simple terms. Drive patient engagement and commitment using an empathetic, patient-centric approach. Address concerns, resolve complaints, and build long-term patient relationships. Coordinate with doctors and teams to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline appointments. Manage daily clinic operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Maintain daily counselor reports and coordinate with finance for billing, invoices, and discounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

HSC/Graduate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in patient counseling, customer service, or sales (healthcare preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Proven sales ability and a passion for patient care. Tech-savvy and efficient with relevant software tools.

Training:

A

15-day comprehensive training program

will be provided, followed by a

performance evaluation

before assuming full responsibilities.

Shift Timing:

Flexible 8-hour shifts between

7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
