Preparation and production:
Prepare ingredients and bake a wide variety of goods, such as cakes, pies, cookies, croissants, and breads, following established recipes.
Decoration and presentation:
Decorate and plate desserts and pastries in an appealing and professional manner.
Inventory and ordering:
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and equipment, and place orders for new supplies as needed.
Quality and safety:
Ensure that all products meet high standards of quality and consistency, and maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations.
