Product creation and development:
Prepare and bake various items like cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads, often following existing recipes.
Develop new recipes for seasonal menus and to meet customer needs.
Create visually appealing and well-decorated pastries and desserts.
Kitchen and inventory management:
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Order and receive new supplies and ingredients when needed.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared and organized for use.
Quality and safety:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section of the kitchen.
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Ensure consistency and quality in all finished products.
Staff and client management:
Train, supervise, and mentor junior staff and assistants.
Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus and coordinate with the kitchen and management.
Meet with customers to discuss and plan custom desserts for special occasions, like weddings.
Operational duties:
Operate and maintain baking equipment.
Keep accurate records and manage administrative duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
