Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :



Recipe Development and Creation:

Developing new and innovative pastry and bakery recipes, including those for seasonal menus and special occasions.

Ingredient Preparation:

Preparing ingredients, such as measuring, mixing, and portioning, according to established recipes.

Baking and Cooking:

Utilizing various baking techniques to produce a wide range of baked goods, from simple cakes to complex pastries.

Decoration and Presentation:

Decorating and plating desserts and pastries to ensure visually appealing and tasteful presentations.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering new items as needed.

Food Safety and Sanitation:

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the quality and consistency of all baked goods produced.

Supervision and Training:

Supervising and training junior pastry cooks or other kitchen staff.

Customer Interaction:

In some cases, meeting with customers to discuss custom-made desserts for special events.

Menu Planning:

Assisting in the development of pastry and bakery menus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
