The program requires an experienced and talented Sr. Marketing Program Manager to work within the Amazon Global Trade Marketing, Partnerships and Policy Programs team, helping to deliver customer acquisition and engagement for our target audiences. With this role, you will join a fast-growing team that looks at the big picture of overall ecommerce exports ecosystem which consists of sellers, facilitators like logistics partners, compliance partners, and other relevant entities such as the government and policymakers. This role will give an opportunity to drive the growth of ecommerce export programs and products and own execution of high-leverage partnerships to drive business growth. Success in this role requires displaying a relentless hands-on approach to managing programs to meet or exceed goals. You bring a balanced quantitative and qualitative approach to deliver results. We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and deadline oriented professional to join our team to drive the awareness of Amazon global selling among MSMEs as well as the partner ecosystem through various offline and online engagements. The Partnerships Specialist (Government & Public Partners) will work closely with our strategic partners as well as with sales, PR, legal and public policy teams to build, execute and report on a series of cooperation activities to raise awareness and generate leads for follow-ups. He/she would engage with potential selling partners through government and partnership channels. Working with the business teams, he/she would also develop and manage a regular cadence of government and strategic partnerships that will connect potential selling partners to Amazon Global Selling. This position is based in Bangalore. Key job responsibilities . Research, identify and develop opportunities regarding government and associations/partnerships activities to drive brand/sector awareness and SME engagement. . Assist leadership with strategic planning for known and potential government and strategic partnership activities related to the business and industry. . Build and maintain professional relationships with members of state and local government entities and agencies. . Develop and implement long-term execution plans as well as responding to short-term objectives. . Work with partners and internal stakeholders to define goals for online/offline events/cooperation activities. . Proactively identify and work with potential partners deliver business outcomes. . Oversee planning, logistics, third-party engagements, related arrangements, staffing and supports required for cooperation activities. . Build reports to provide visibility on cooperation results, effectiveness and conversions. . Actively seek solutions through researching and liaise with relevant internal teams and identify trends and ideas for improvement. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of India SMEs ecosystem, resources and internal processes. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bengaluru, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience in partner marketing designing and building demand generation programs and events PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience working within the channel- and partner community across multiple sales segments
