Develop partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, sales) to fulfill client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms with partners.
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with alliance partners.
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics (revenue growth, client acquisition, partner satisfaction).
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and partner meetings.
Provide market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT staffing, outsourcing, or technology services industry.
Proven experience in developing and managing B2B partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
