Identify areas of new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other value projects which would improve overall patient access
Lead projects to design and implement patient access solutions across the country applying high standards of operational excellence.
Analyse external market access trends as well as internal access projects, Patient solutions, pricing reports to develop insights for clusters and Access Centre of Excellence.
Translate strategic insights into practical, well-grounded initiatives.
Build and leverage strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and individual and institutional key decision makers, to optimise the positioning and messaging of Roche products and facilitate the co-creation of value propositions with customers.
Project management & Data Enablement
Ability to develop a clear understanding of the company's financial goals, with a clear ability to prioritise, setting up timelines.
Provides analytical rationale for Business Cases and create insightful reports that translate the outputs of analysis into actionable solutions.
Maintain, update and socialise Roche Access Index as well as Access G-site
SPOC for research / insight generation & has visibility and access to other organisational dashboards and evaluates correlation.
Strong technical expertise including meta-analysis. Mathematical modelling skills would be an advantage.
Ability to manage projects according to timelines.
People & Culture
Capable of working with cross-functional teams and also to work effectively as a member of different teams to ensure development of high-quality deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with cross-functional teams at all levels and responsibilities.
Qualification
Education: Graduate degree in relevant scientific discipline plus master's in business administration, Public health, Health economics. Experience of working in Market Access preferable, multi-functional working experience will be plus.
Experience & Skill:
4-5 years' experience of working in a consulting firm or Pharma Company and preferably 2 years in a market access/pricing role
Good understanding of the Indian Healthcare system, public health policy, payer system, and market dynamics as well as a fundamental understanding of the Indian Pharma Market.
Understanding of pharma compliances/legal/regulatory framework regarding interaction with external stakeholders
Strong project management and ability to drive operational tasks
Previous experience of working with/handling vendor teams preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills to work with internal cross-functional teams and partner with diverse external stakeholders across projects
Ability to think objectively, understand the diverse point of view, solve problems and make decisions
Proficient in the English Language. Good Project tracking, PowerPoint and Excel skills
