The candidate would be working closely with BGSW Key Account Management Team responsible for the development and alignment with Multimarket GBs.Target Reporting to SX/MM KAM BUDKey Responsibilities:. End-end responsible for all Partner/ client visits to India - coordinating and managing the entire visit right from planning, vendors onboarding, collaterals preparation, agenda and all activities for smooth visit- pre- visit, during and post visit. Driving all the topics for improving the Customer Satisfaction Scores for Multimarket GBs. Program manage end to end various marketing events for Multimarket GBs. Creating persona profiles and customer profiles for meetings and visits. KAM Conclave and Workshops across regions and horizontals for MM GBs. Marketing events - Driving branding and marketing campaigns for increasing BGSW\'s span of influence in GBs through increasing degrees of ownership, customer facing, competency and fulfilment- Experience Center, Roadshows, Visits. Prepare a marketing concept for multimarket GBs together with KAM. Prepare a communication plan and run campaigns - Eg Regular newsletter, Info packages for ongoing topics, regular GB wise updates (inline with MSR) - Status update, happenings in region. Prepare marketing collaterals and newsletters for the BGSW offerings to Multimarket GBsKey Skills:. Good designing skills for collaterals and strong planning & management skills to perform run the visits and marketing events end to end. Critical thinking and structured approach and planning. Interpersonal Skills : A candidate for this position will be a strategic and creative thinker, be result-driven, be self-motivated and proactive, have strong and innovative problem-solving skills,. Good communication skillsto comprehend and handle multiple stakeholders for all client visits and marketing events. MS Office:A candidate for this position will demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentationsProfile Educational qualifications:.
