About this opportunity

Presales domain expert BSS is within Bid Office Organization, responsible to drive the customer and partner management areas of BSS presales offerings. You will directly interact with internal customers to define and propose the most efficient solution for a solution scope required from Ericsson end customers.

What you will do

  • Providing quality response for the RFx/tender within the given timeline!
  • Support in presales work i.e SoC, Dimensioning, Hardware, Solution description! Propose necessary software (Ericsson&3PP) for Ericsson Order care and catalog.
  • Engage with internal Ericsson BDGS teams to align structure according to business strategy. Solution and proposal\xe2\x80\x99s strategy alignment and support to CU\xe2\x80\x99s and Basic Understanding of the Sales SDP process.

You will bring

  • Understanding of Ericsson BSS components & functionality including front end systems like CRM. Knowledge of Ericsson Order care and catalog, features, interfaces, Licenses. Good knowledge of virtualization, Containers, Cloud technology and also Idea of different access technology 3G,4G,5G, Volte, IMS and line of Business(wireline and wireless).
  • Clear understanding of Order to cash, order fulfillment, , Catalog modelling. Order management system for handling automated workflows and manual work activities across services. Also Catalog manager to allows customers to rapidly launch and enable new innovative offerings with improved user experience. Cloud-based, personalized and contextualized customer experience across multiple digital touchpoints. EOC/ECM role in DMP, Catalog driven charging, COM/SOM and as a standalone offering.
  • Should have deep understanding on TMF API/Rest API, SOA Architecture. Capability to understand customer requirements and transform into specific Networking skills. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking and able to drive different internal organizations.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • 8 plus years of rich experience from Telecom industry.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Sales Process
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, Electronics engineering or similar.
  • Fluent in English in oral and written communication.

Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore and Pune
