Job Description

  • Prepare all food orders according to required standards and procedures according to required food production standards and prepare daily production schedule.
  • Manage all fish and cooking materials prior to cooking and ensure compliance to all quality standards and storage of all food items appropriately
  • Perform all food preparation efficiently and maintain minimum wastage at all times.
  • Ensure all work adhere to recipes and menu of restaurant
  • Maintain neat and clean work station area.
