Manage all fish and cooking materials prior to cooking and ensure compliance to all quality standards and storage of all food items appropriately
Perform all food preparation efficiently and maintain minimum wastage at all times.
Ensure all work adhere to recipes and menu of restaurant
Maintain neat and clean work station area.
