About The Job:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pardot Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the Salesforce marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform to execute marketing campaigns, integrate with boundary system, generate leads, and optimize workflows to drive business growth.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using SFMC AE including campaign setup, email design, testing, and deployment.
• Build and manage lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
• Implement and maintain SFMC AE integrations with Salesforce CRM and other third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, lead generation, and marketing automation best practices.
• Create and manage landing pages and forms to capture lead information and track conversion rates.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and HML for email template customization is a plus.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and design to align marketing efforts and drive results.
• Sales Cloud knowledge and ability to set up features such as Engagement History and B2B Marketing Analytics.
• Stay informed about SFMC AE best practices, updates, and new features, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
