Seeking a candidate with extensive Australian experience, please do not apply if this is not you - we will release other roles in the future. Location: Makarba (Ahmedabad) : Should be well versed in the following topics Aged Care, Debt Reduction, Pre-Retirement Planning, Post-Retirement Planning, Superannuation, Non-Super Investments, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), LRBA, Gearing, Insurance & Centrelink issues. Financial modelling and Retirement Analysis Understanding of financial markets and products Understanding of various financial software especially XPLAN, Midwinter, Plutosoft and Adviser Logic being the prevailing ones in the market. Excellent communication skills In depth knowledge of Paraplanning processes Understanding of Paraplanning Industry We are looking for senior experienced profiles Roles and Responsibilities: Manage workflow capacity (in-house and clients) and on weekly teamwork allocation. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the highest quality of work across the board. Liaise with the Sales team to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and embedded Work with Sales team to review feedback and resolve issues Drive improvement of the paraplanning process and contribute to a continuous improvement culture Meet yearly targets and other KPIs Contribute to operational processes and quality improvement initiatives Facilitate training sessions (e.g. Knowledge Sharing, New Joiner Induction, etc.) Liaise with Advisers and communicate case updates and required information Liaise with Administration Teams as needed Provide guidance to junior members of the team and take a mentoring approach to support Junior Paraplanners You will ensure that the team are processing work in a compliant and timely manner and also to an exceptional standard Communication and other Skills: Excellent English communication skills are highly valued, both spoken and written Outstanding communication and persuasion ability High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Able to handle multiple priorities and requests with adequate planning Confident and pleasant personality to build relationships with clients Well-organised and able to work independently with excellent time management skills Hands-on experience and confidence with MS Office (Word and Excel) Desire to succeed Academic Qualifications and experience: MBA Finance or Higher 3+ years experience in the Paraplanning process and team handling Other Information: Timings: Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM start - 8.5 hours 5 days working If the above criteria are matching then please drop in your CV at [HIDDEN TEXT] Kindly share if you have any referrals or your junior colleagues looking out for better exposure.
