Responsible for preparing and presenting salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts.
Ensure all mise-en-place is ready before service hours.
Maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients used.
Follow portion control and presentation standards for all cold dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry and workstation.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor and manage inventory of pantry ingredients and supplies.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Support the kitchen team in daily operations as required.
