Key Responsibilities:
Support students throughout their journey by handling all related administrative tasks smoothly.
Provide excellent customer service by building good relationships with students and parents and resolving their concerns quickly.
Follow all internal processes and ensure proper compliance at all times.
Contribute to revenue generation by selling, upselling, and cross-selling the company's educational courses through counselling, calls, emails, and other communication methods.
Follow up with parents to ensure timely fee collection.
