Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in new students, researchers, and clients who need PhD/Research assistance services, building strong relationships, and helping the company grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and connect with students, researchers, and institutions who need PhD or research support.
Explain company services (Proposal Writing, Research Papers, Thesis, Manuscripts, etc.) clearly to clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
Plan and implement strategies to increase leads and revenue.
Attend calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.
Coordinate with the academic/research team to provide the right solutions for client needs.
Report business growth, client feedback, and market trends to management.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or education/research services.
