Position Overview:We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our telesales team as fresher executives. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting and selling the company's products or services.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach. Utilize scripts and sales strategies to generate interest and create opportunities for the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Work towards meeting and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including leads, sales, and follow-up activities, using the company's CRM system.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-learning.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.
Persistence: A positive attitude with a high level of resilience and perseverance. Willingness to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and a fast-paced work environment.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
