Telecalling Sales Executive
Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a person who can call customers, explain our services, and help them to join with us. This job needs good communication and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers from the given contact list.
Explain our company services clearly and politely.
Answer customer questions and provide required information.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest.
Maintain a daily call record and update customer status.
Support the team to reach daily/monthly target.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Tamil is must, English added advantage).
Should be polite, confident, and friendly during calls.
Able to convince customers and handle queries.
Basic computer knowledge (Calling, WhatsApp, Excel update).
Freshers are welcome, training will be provided.
Education: Any Degree can apply.
Salary:
