Senior Tele Sales Executives
Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele-calling Sales Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct sales through phone calls and address their inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Malayalam. Hindi and Tamil will be an add benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, pitch the service, demos, and closing the deal.
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
Explaining about the company services to the potential customers.
Develop relationships with customers and clients.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to achieve sales objectives.
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and service offerings.
