Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to prospective scholars and researchers, explaining the company’s PhD support services, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s PhD assistance services clearly and confidently.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate service information.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate academic support services.
Maintain a high conversion rate by following up with interested clients.
Build and maintain a good relationship with clients to ensure repeat business.
Update and maintain client records in the CRM system daily.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets assigned by the management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English and regional language (as required).
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th / Any degree.
0–2 years of experience in telesales or customer support (freshers can also apply).
Experience in the education or research assistance sector will be an added advantage.
