We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect with research scholars and guide them about our PhD assistance services. The role involves calling, explaining services, and helping clients start their research projects with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with research scholars and students.
Explain our PhD assistance services clearly and politely.
Understand the client’s research needs and suggest suitable services.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client details.
Share quotations and follow up for confirmation.
Coordinate with the project and writing teams after client onboarding.
Achieve monthly sales targets given by the management.
Build good relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
Prior experience in sales or telecalling is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
