Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Telemarketing Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our PhD assistance and research services, and convert leads into clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, explaining our solutions, and maintaining strong follow-up communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective PhD scholars and research clients to promote company services.
Explain academic and research support offerings clearly and effectively.
Identify client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and lead status updates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the research and sales teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Meet weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Basic computer and email handling knowledge.
Good listening, understanding, and follow-up ability.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Qualification:
Any graduate or diploma holder (Preferred: English, Business Administration, or related fields).
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support are welcome.
