Role Overview:
The Senior HR Executive will manage HR activities like recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and policy implementation. They will also guide the HR team, ensure smooth HR operations, and support company growth by building a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Manage employee records, payroll, and attendance.
Ensure HR policies are followed and updated when needed.
Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.
Solve employee issues and maintain good relations.
Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Guide junior HR team members and oversee their work.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR support.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
3–6 years of HR experience (with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations).
Good communication and people management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
