The HR Executive will help in hiring, employee management, and day-to-day HR activities to support the smooth running of the company.
Responsibilities:
Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Support in onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and provide support.
Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Ensure company policies are followed.
Skills Needed:
Good communication and people-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Organizing and time-management ability.
Comfortable with MS Office / HR software.
Qualification:
Graduate in HR / Management or related field.
Prior HR experience is an added advantage.
