We are looking for an HR Manager to handle all HR-related activities in the company. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, training, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
Manage employee performance, appraisals, and feedback
Ensure company policies and rules are followed
Support employee welfare and resolve workplace issues
Maintain all employee files and confidential records
Plan employee engagement and motivation activities
Skills Required:
Good communication and people management skills
Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualification:
Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR
