HR MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, research, sales, and support teams
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
Conduct training & development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Create and implement performance evaluation systems and review processes
Handle employee engagement activities (team building, events, celebrations)
Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition
Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and punctuality records
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
Support and enforce company policies, code of conduct, and discipline
Coordinate with Admin, Accounts, and Technical teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management
Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and growth
Guide and support team leads and managers on HR-related matters
Handle internal communication and maintain transparency with employees
