We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help our company grow. Your main job will be to connect with new clients, maintain good relationships with existing ones, and support the team in reaching sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Find new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
Talk to potential clients and explain our services clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain good relationships with current clients.
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports.
Work with the sales/marketing team to achieve business goals.
Keep track of sales activities and share updates with the manager.
Skills Needed:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Team player with problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).
Freshers or candidates with sales/BD experience are welcome.
