Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can bring new clients, build good relationships, and help our company grow. The role involves finding new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain our services clearly and convince clients to work with us.
Meet sales targets and bring in new projects/business.
Work with the team to improve client satisfaction.
Keep records of sales activities and prepare simple reports.
Requirements:
Any degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convince and build trust with clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
