Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our company. Your job is to find new clients, explain our services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
Explain our products/services to customers clearly
Follow up with leads and convert them into business
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools
Report daily/weekly progress to the team lead or manager
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to convince and negotiate
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
