Job Description

Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining the company’s services, and converting leads into customers to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
Explain company services clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain call records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for better conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
0–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Target-driven and confident in closing sales.
Key Competencies:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
Patience and active listening.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
