We are looking for an Admin CRM Executive to manage our customer relationships and provide strong administrative support. You will be responsible for keeping track of customer information, following up with clients, coordinating between teams, and making sure all tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update client information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups politely and professionally.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (writers, researchers, editors).
Support the sales and service teams by scheduling meetings and maintaining project updates.
Prepare and share reports on client status, pending tasks, and project updates.
Ensure that client requests and queries are handled quickly and properly.
Maintain proper records and documents related to each client/project.
Help the admin team with day-to-day tasks like data entry, filing, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in admin, customer service, or CRM management (Freshers can also apply if good with communication and organization).
Good communication skills (spoken and written English).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or any simple CRM software).
Good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
