plan and implement quality control procedures and standards for glass production
Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products
Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance and improvement
Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformities
Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide training and guidance to quality staff and other employees
Monitor and audit the quality management system and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or related field
Experience in quality control or assurance in the glass industry
Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes, materials, and testing methods
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations such as ASTM, ANSI, or EN
Ability to use quality tools and software such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, or CMM
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports using MS Excel or other applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
