Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present sushi, dimsum, and other Pan-Asian dishes to a high standard
Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control in all dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards
Assist with menu development and daily specials when required
Manage food preparation, storage, and waste control
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Sushi and/or Dimsum Chef
Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine and ingredients
Proven knife skills and dimsum preparation techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
