Job Description

A Pan-Asian Chef job involves creating, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes from various Asian cuisines (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, etc.), ensuring authenticity, consistency, and presentation while managing kitchen operations, hygiene (HACCP), inventory, food costs, and training junior staff, requiring expertise in cooking techniques, flavors, and leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Menu & Recipe Development

: Design creative Pan-Asian menus, develop new recipes, and update offerings.

Food Preparation

: Cook and present a wide range of dishes, ensuring taste, quality, and consistency.

Kitchen Operations

: Oversee daily kitchen workflow, staff scheduling, and mise en place.

Hygiene & Safety

: Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP).

Inventory & Cost Control

: Manage food supplies, minimize waste, control portion sizes, and reduce food costs.

Staff Management

: Train, supervise, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with service teams for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Pay: ?8,514.56 - ?25,000.00 per month
