Job Responsibility - Program Manager - Collections
- PnL ownership. Track daily progress of marketing, sales, revenue & funnel
- Established and manage the Collections function, to work with all stakeholders to increase recovery rates.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the collections, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates (Loans and credit cards)
- Achieved key metrics, including bounce rates, overall efficiencies, NPAs, early delinquency and write-off
- Deep Understanding of Marketing campaigns for digital collections
- Collaborate closely with product team to improve conversions, collaborated closely with risk team to improve Propensity Models.
- Grew funnel by setting up & optimizing new traction channels
- Managing the complete customer life cycle from lead generation to conversion, collection, and customer service
- Initiated Product initiatives to uplift the funnel.
- Enabling the sales team to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Designed the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process with 100% accuracy
- Project managing different initiatives, such as prospecting and problem-solving in accounts management until contracts are closed
- Owning execution of sales initiatives by collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance functions to bring these solutions to life to generate revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Proven experience in Collections Vertical - Program management, preferably Financial services or fintech is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Banking Partners.
