Designation:- Paid Media Specialist

Experience:

3-5 years

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PPC campaign strategy, budgeting, optimization, and reporting, and must be confident in providing quotations and media plans for clients across diverse industries.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.). Ability to manage multiple client accounts and budgets effectively. Experience in creating quotations and detailed media planning. Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. Create and present budget proposals, quotations, and media plans for clients on a regular basis. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead quality. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Create compelling ad copies, visuals (in coordination with designers), and A/B test variations. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, recommendations, and next steps. Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, policies, and platform updates. Collaborate with account managers, content teams, and clients to align campaigns with business goals.
